One of the core frustrations of using rec to recs is knowing that whilst they are talking to you about your needs, they are probably talking to your consultants about theirs. Marathon have a strict ethical policy not to actively engage with any of your staff if we are working with you.
We don’t want any hidden surprises and guarantee to conduct face to face interviews with every candidate before you do. We will ensure that every candidates cv is accurate, references are checked and previous performance is verified as thoroughly as possible with evidence including payslips and p60’s. All candidates presented will have been fully briefed and prepped on the role, your company and your expectations of performance. We want to provide real value for money by not only finding you the best candidate, but also by doing as much of the legwork in the selection process as possible for you.
