About the company:
After to another fantastic year our client is looking to continue to expand and looking for additional experienced consultants to join their team.
They have been established since 2007 and have steadily grown to a team of 20 made up of Directors, Consultants and support staff. They are pride themselves on their experienced staff who all have a hands-on approach and solely focus on always providing an exceptional service and recruitment solutions to clients and candidates.
They have one boutique privately owned office in central Bristol which is made up of 3 divisions and looking to develop their IT/Technology division. Their priority is to continue to develop the Bristol office and have future plans of setting up offices in other parts of the UK.
The job role and the desk:
They are looking for a consultant who can run a perms desk and place IT and Technology professionals across the UK and overseas. They are looking for a consultant who can use a variety of techniques to gain live workable vacancies and build and maintain long lasting relationships.
- Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from IT companies.
- Headhunt, interview and full vet candidates.
- Advertise vacancies.
- Use social media to promote the company brand and find passive candidates or live vacancies
- Arrange interviews and prep candidates
- Negotiate fees and salaries
- Meet and exceed KPIS
Essential Qualifications/Experience required:
They are looking for a consultant with a minimum of 1 year billing experience preferably in the IT sector. They are open minded to cross train a consultant who has the right attributes.
The company pride themselves on their training schemes and have their own Learning and Development manager who creates tailor made personal development plans for each member of staff so everyone can reach their full potential. She is a time served IT recruitment specialist whose knowledge and guidance is invaluable. Her training plans include one to one training, specific outsourced courses, group training and REC qualifications
