Salary and Package:

 As a graduate consultant your salary will be assessed according to your level of previous experience and could be up to £20’000 to start.

However, your package will consist of:

  • Excellent basic Salary – To be agreed
  • Monthly commission
  • Share of team commissions
  • Quarterly and annual bonus’
  • Training and long term career development

 Our client is a well-established recruitment business that has been successfully operating for nearly 15 years locally. They have an excellent reputation in the market and specialise in supplying a tailored service to clients and candidates within the office support, accountancy and technical support market.

They are a boutique agency that boasts over 80 years’ collective experience and with industry leading software and an unrivalled database. The directors are an integral part of the day to day operations and work closely with all staff. There is a close nit, family feel to the business, whilst maintaining a seasoned, professional approach to their operations.

 

The job role and the desk:

 

After an initial induction period, your primary role would involve working alongside the existing team and having an involvement in all aspects of recruitment from advertising, interviewing and vetting new candidates. As you develop with hands on and external training your career path will progress into a more customer focussed role, where you will establish your own clients whilst caring for the existing ones.

 

What we want from you in return:

 

  • We are looking for someone with the right attitude and aptitude who can fit in with the team and hit the floor running and show a passion for recruitment, sales and hard work.
  • A driving licence isn’t essential but would help your development.
  • Our client will consider experienced candidates with a background in either sales or customer services, that want an opportunity to get into the recruitment industry.

 

Essential Qualifications/Experience required:

 

The position is ideally suited to either a graduate or someone with a previous background in sales. A full and clean driving licence is preferred but not essential.

 

Training/Progression opportunities: 

To develop your career further our client will quickly introduce management training for the right candidate, with a view to fast tracking you into a management role. Allowing you autonomy to develop the team and grow the business with the Directors support. This is a genuine opportunity for a degree level candidate to quickly establish themselves as a manager within a well-established recruitment business, without the red tape and politics of the bigger corporates.
